  1. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs.
  2. Crush almonds to a very fine consistency using a rolling pin or food processor.
  3. In another shallow bowl, place crushed almonds, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
  4. Dredge fish in egg, then coat with almond mixture.
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until fish is opaque.
