- In a shallow bowl, beat eggs.
- Crush almonds to a very fine consistency using a rolling pin or food processor.
- In another shallow bowl, place crushed almonds, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
- Dredge fish in egg, then coat with almond mixture.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until fish is opaque.
