Why would I want to freeze this?
- Place almonds in food processor and blend.
- Add in jalapenos and garlic cloves and blend until incorporated.
- Place ground beef, egg and salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Add almond mixture to bowl and mix to incorporate all ingredients.
- Shape into patties no more than 1/2 inch thick.
- Flash freeze.
- Separate burgers with wax paper squares and place into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
