Why would I want to freeze this?
- Stir the quinoa and almond milk together in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
- Cover and lower the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Keeping the lid slightly off-set, so as to not fully cover the pan.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out the bites onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
