  1. In a bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Cover lightly and set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Place apple mixture and pecans in saucepan, and heat over medium for 10 minutes, or just until apples start to soften and are heated through.
  4. Spread ¼ cup of apple/pecan mixture down the center of each prepared crepe. Fold crepe over.
