Make It Now Cooking Directions

Stove Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. On one half of the indicated number of tortillas, layer apple, Gorgonzola, walnuts and honey. Cover with remaining tortillas.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large saute pan.
  3. Cook quesadillas for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cheese begins to melt and tortillas begin to brown.
  1. These sound delicious. I’m going to try this as a wrap with chicken and spinach for lunch, although I’ll make just a couple and not freeze them.
