- On one half of the indicated number of tortillas, layer apple, Gorgonzola, walnuts and honey. Cover with remaining tortillas.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large saute pan.
- Cook quesadillas for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cheese begins to melt and tortillas begin to brown.
