- In a skillet, saute mushrooms and garlic over medium heat in oil #1 until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Place 1/4 salmon pieces into the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth paste.
- Add in remaining salmon, mushrooms and garlic, green onions, coconut aminos and salt.
- Process a bit at a time until chunky.
- Shape into indicated number of patties.
- Heat coconut oil #2 in skillet over medium high heat.
- Cook salmon burgers for about 3-4 minutes per side.
