Why would I want to freeze this?
- Spray indicated number of muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Place a tablespoon of diced avocado into each muffin cup.
- Divide the bacon among the muffin cups and sprinkle each with .25 teaspoon of ranch seasoning on top.
- Divide eggs among each muffin cup.
- Bake at 350F degrees for 22-30 minutes until eggs are baked through.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Remove from muffin pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
