Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • ½ cups cook and dice Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cups Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Season Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 12 individual Colby Jack Cheese, Sliced (serving day)
  • 12 individual Slider Buns (serving day)

Freezer Containers

  • 2 Gallon Freezer Bags

Directions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, Colby jack cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and chili powder. Be careful not to over work the mixture. Divide into equal sized small slider patties. Grill on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from grill and top with cheese. Let stand until it melts. Serve on buns.

Freezing Directions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, Colby jack cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and chili powder. Be careful not to over work the mixture. Divide into equal sized small slider patties. Flash freeze. Divide into gallon freezer bags, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Grill on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from grill and top with cheese. Let stand until it melts. Serve on buns.
