Baked Apple Pie Pork Chops

<p>My mom use to make this dish regularly for our family. I hadn't made it in awhile and it seemed perfect with all of the pork sales that have been happening and with apples now in season. </p>

  • 4 individual Pork Chops, Boneless
  • 3 cups slice Apple, Granny Smith
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
