  1. If chicken breasts are on the large side, pound flat to a uniform thickness.
  2. Divide chicken among indicated number of baking dishes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush chicken with dijon mustard.
  5. Cover each chicken with ham then top with swiss cheese.
  6. Pour wine around chicken.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  8. Let cool.
