Why would I want to freeze this?
- If chicken breasts are on the large side, pound flat to a uniform thickness.
- Divide chicken among indicated number of baking dishes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush chicken with dijon mustard.
- Cover each chicken with ham then top with swiss cheese.
- Pour wine around chicken.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
