  1. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt and sugar to cooked meat and mix well.
  2. Combine with chopped vegetables and cilantro.
  3. Place two tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Roll according to package instructions.
  5. Place rolled egg rolls on greased baking sheet and bake at 400F about 10 minutes.
  6. Turn and bake an additional 10 minutes or until hot and crispy.
