  1. Line baking pans with aluminum foil. Place a baking rack in each pan.
  2. Put wings on baking rack, skin side down. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake at 450F for 30 minutes.
  4. Turn temperature up to 500F. Flip wings over and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, combine butter and garlic in a bowl. Mix in parmesan cheese.
  6. When wings are done cooking, coat in butter mixture.
