These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.
- Thaw: In fridge
- Over medium-high heat, warm olive oil #2 in a large skillet.
- Once the oil is hot, place the steak in the skillet and allow to cook for 6-7 minutes without disturbing.
- Flip the steaks over and cook for another 5-8 minutes depending on the thickness of your steak. Cook to desired doneness. (Flank steak is most tender at medium rare, or 135 degrees).
- Allow to set 10 minutes before slicing.
