Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Grease muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond butter, mashed bananas, oats, almond milk, syrup, vanilla and salt.
  3. Spoon into muffin cups.
  4. Top each cup with almonds and a slice of banana.
  5. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, or until cups are firm to the touch.
  6. Set oven to broil for 1-2 minutes to toast almonds and caramelize the banana.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
