Why would I want to freeze this?
- Grease muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine almond butter, mashed bananas, oats, almond milk, syrup, vanilla and salt.
- Spoon into muffin cups.
- Top each cup with almonds and a slice of banana.
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, or until cups are firm to the touch.
- Set oven to broil for 1-2 minutes to toast almonds and caramelize the banana.
- Allow to cool.
- Divide among indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
