Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Break banana chips into smaller pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  4. Form into balls, using a Tablespoon, then roll in shredded coconut #2.
  5. Flash freeze on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Divide frozen balls among indicated number of gallon bags, label and freeze.
