Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a food processor, combine mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter and melted butter and mix well.
- Add in coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and sea salt and mix well.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
