Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

Why would I want to freeze this?
- Place flour into a bowl and add salt, sugar and yeast.
- Place potatoes and milk into another bowl and warm in microwave for 30 seconds at a time until just warm.
- Stir milk mixture into flour mixture.
- Add in more flour, a bit at a time until dough comes together in a ball.
- Turn dough onto floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
- Knead in red onions and cooked sausage.
- Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray. Divide dough into 4 balls and shape into loaves.
- Cover and allow to double in size.
- Bake at 400F for 30-40 minutes or until browned.
- Allow to cool.
- Wrap, label and freeze.
