BBQ Chicken Pizza - Dump and Go Dinner

<p>BBQ Chicken Pizza is a twist on your typical pizza. And is a great way to use up that extra sauce and chicken from your last cookout!</p>

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cook and dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce #1
  • 1 individual Pizza Dough
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil #1
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil #2
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce #2
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 1/4 cups slice Onion
  • 1/8 cups chop Cilantro, Fresh

  2. Roll out and stretch the dough onto sheet pan(s) drizzled with olive oil #1.
  3. Drizzle olive oil #2 over crust and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Spoon bbq sauce #2 onto the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Top sauce with mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle with chicken and onion. Lastly sprinkle with cilantro.
