Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with milk, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, salt, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder #1, and black pepper.
- Shape into 1 inch balls and lay on a cookie sheet.
- Heat in a small saucepan ketchup, brown sugar, worchestershire, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder #2.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and let simmer for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
- Bake meatballs at 350F for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from oven, pour sauce over the meatballs, and bake for another 15 minutes.

That’s correct, Karen – just mix them, form them and flash freeze! Easy!
I made these last night- served half and froze half for later- they were fantastic! The whole family loved them even my picky doesnt really like meat middle son. We had the leftovers from dinner last night for lunch today and they reheated great. I doubt the ones in the freezer will last long because my sons are already asking when we can have them again.
