Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Place eggs in a bowl for egg wash.
- Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in a flat bowl.
- Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Then, wrap each breast in plastic wrap and flatten using a meat mallet.
- On top of each chicken breast, layer swiss cheese, american cheese and deli ham.
- Roll chicken up tightly.
- Dip rolled chicken into egg wash, then place in breadcrumb bowl. Cover outside of chicken with breadcrumbs, using your hands if necessary.
- Place breaded chicken seam side down into indicated number of greased baking pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
