- 2 1/3 cups dice Paneer

- In a food processor, blend the onions, garlic, ginger and green chiles.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the blended ingredients.
- Add tomatoes to food processor and blend.
- Add tomatoes to the skillet and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
- Add turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, salt, water, chickpeas and peas. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Serve with cooked basmati rice.
