Over the years, I've been trying, mostly unsuccessfully, to create a vegetarian version of Indian Butter Chicken at home.

Join the discussionI just need a reminder on how this works- the above recipe is for 4 people? The amounts are all a bit different so I’m a bit confused.
4 servings, so yes it’d be one meal for 4 people or 2 meals for 2.
This sounds wonderful! All the spices and warming flavours of butter chicken without the meat!
Sounds delicious! Am I reading this correctly? Is it asking for 11Tbs of ginger??? Sorry if this sounds silly haha not sure how to read this
Hi Dee, you need 2/3 Tablespoon of ginger for 4 servings.
your write-up above doesn’t say whether or not you liked this recipe – did you?
The picture shows green stuff in the dish. Is that spinach?
Looks like it is sauted spinach. Parsley or cilantro would also be great, fresh garnish options. Enjoy!
Next time I will temper in the yogurt and half and half to avoid the curdling. Would be great with cilantro garnish. Husband wants me to make again with shredded chicken.
