- Mix in cheese, crushed tortilla chips, green onions, cilantro, taco seasoning and egg whites. Stir until combined.

- Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
- Cook patties until browned and heated through, about 3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towel.
