Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  2. In a separate bowl, mix together baking powder and coconut flour.

  4. Fold in mashed banana and blackberries, stirring until blackberries break into smaller pieces.
  5. Divide among greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
