Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ghee #1 and saute onions.
  3. Once onions are browned, add Brussels sprouts, blueberries, ghee #2, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle with thyme and drizzle lime juice over.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags, label & freeze.
