Why would I want to freeze this?
- Melt coconut butter in microwave.
- Combine coconut butter, eggs, honey, pecans, cocoa powder, cinnamon, coffee, vanilla, baking soda, and sea salt in a bowl. Batter should be well blended.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Grease baking pan with coconut oil.
- Transfer batter to pan.
- Bake at 325F for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool.
- Cut into indicated number of brownies.
- Flash freeze.
- Divide brownies among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
