- Begin by heating oil #1 in a large skillet and brown chicken.
- Remove chicken from skillet and add all other ingredients to skillet. Heat over medium heat until thoroughly combined.
- Add chicken back to skillet and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes uncovered.
