Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, pepper, and half and half.
- In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs. Set aside.
- Spread ricotta cheese over pizza crust in a thin layer.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over pizza crust.
- Spread scrambled eggs on top of cheese and top with bacon.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool.
- Cut into individual servings and wrap with plastic wrap.
- Place into gallon freezer bags, label and freeze.
