Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, pepper, and half and half.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs. Set aside.
  3. Spread ricotta cheese over pizza crust in a thin layer.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over pizza crust.
  5. Spread scrambled eggs on top of cheese and top with bacon.
  6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Cut into individual servings and wrap with plastic wrap.
  9. Place into gallon freezer bags, label and freeze.
