- 2 individual Egg White
- 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Ketchup #1
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar #1
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce #1
- 1 1/4 cups dice Onion
- 1/2 cups dice Bell Pepper, Green
- 1/2 cups dice Bell Pepper, Red
- 3 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce #2
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar #2
- 1 tablespoon Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cups Ketchup #2

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground beef, egg, egg whites, bread crumbs, ketchup #1, brown sugar #1, salt, pepper, soy sauce #1, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and garlic with hands.
- Form into loaves.
- In small mixing bowl, mix soy sauce #2, brown sugar #2, bbq sauce, and ketchup #2.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour 20 minutes.
- Remove meatloaf, increase temperature to 400F.
- Brush glaze on top and sides of meatloaf.
- Cook for 10 minutes more.
- Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.

Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground beef, egg, egg whites, bread crumbs, ketchup #1, brown sugar #1, salt, pepper, soy sauce #1, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and garlic with hands.
- Form into loaves, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil.
- In small mixing bowl, mix soy sauce #2, brown sugar #2, bbq sauce, and ketchup #2.
- Divide sauce into indicated number of pint freezer bags.
- Place wrapped meatloaf and glaze packet into indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Label and freeze.

- Thaw: In fridge
- Unwrap meatloaf and bake at 350F for 1 hour 20 minutes.
