Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place butter and chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl.
  2. Melt in microwave and stir well.
  3. Add cocoa to bowl, stir and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs until pale yellow.
  5. Stir in sugar, vanilla and salt.
  6. Add in melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
  7. Add in flour and mix until incorporated.
  8. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  9. Fill muffin cups with batter.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until done.
  11. Allow to cool.
  12. Once cool, divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
