This hamburger recipe came directly from a Friday FORGE lunch. They have a bit of a kick to them so if you have young ones you may want to omit the buffalo sauce on some.

Join the discussionI make barbeque chedder burgers the same way, except with about 6 TB of barbeque sauce and 1/2c shredded chedder. They are really good, and freeze well!
Ooooo, that sounds good too!
You had me at “buffalo”! :-)I only like bleu cheese in small bits and this looks perfect!
lol, I’m finding that a lot of folks love all things “buffalo”. Something to keep in mind as I continue creating new recipes.
My husband is a buffalo/bleu cheese FANATIC. He converted me when we first got married. We probably eat something buffalo at least twice a week. Your recipe looks delicious. I most certainly will have to try it out!
Thanks for this amazing recipe. I am making a huge batch of half burgers and half meatballs and freezer for later use. I love to batch cook or do freezer meals. Today is that day! Can’t wait to do a mini buffalo bleu cheese slider with the meatballs.
This is a simple yet very tasty burger. I used 93% lean beef and served these wrapped in romaine hearts. Thanks for the great idea!
I just made these with ground turkey for lunch today. They were a big hit! My boyfriend and his sister both said they were amazing and I would have gone back for seconds if I wasn’t going to explode. Thank you for this recipe!!
