  1. I make barbeque chedder burgers the same way, except with about 6 TB of barbeque sauce and 1/2c shredded chedder. They are really good, and freeze well!

    1. lol, I’m finding that a lot of folks love all things “buffalo”. Something to keep in mind as I continue creating new recipes.

  2. My husband is a buffalo/bleu cheese FANATIC. He converted me when we first got married. We probably eat something buffalo at least twice a week. Your recipe looks delicious. I most certainly will have to try it out!

  3. Thanks for this amazing recipe. I am making a huge batch of half burgers and half meatballs and freezer for later use. I love to batch cook or do freezer meals. Today is that day! Can’t wait to do a mini buffalo bleu cheese slider with the meatballs.

  4. This is a simple yet very tasty burger. I used 93% lean beef and served these wrapped in romaine hearts. Thanks for the great idea!

  5. I just made these with ground turkey for lunch today. They were a big hit! My boyfriend and his sister both said they were amazing and I would have gone back for seconds if I wasn’t going to explode. Thank you for this recipe!!
