Oven Cook
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cayenne pepper sauce and green onions.
- Roll mixture into balls using a heaping teaspoon, and place on large plate. Repeat until no mixture is left.
- Place flour in a shallow dish. Place egg substitute in a second shallow dish and crushed corn flakes in a third shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken ball in flour first, followed by the egg then the corn flakes. Then, place each ball on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
