Ingredients

  • 1 cup cook and shred Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese, Fat Free
  • 1/2 cups Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/3 cups dice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • 1/2 cups Flour, Whole Wheat
  • 1/2 cups Egg Substitute
  • 2 cups crush Corn Flakes Cereal

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cayenne pepper sauce and green onions.
  3. Roll mixture into balls using a heaping teaspoon, and place on large plate. Repeat until no mixture is left.
  4. Place flour in a shallow dish. Place egg substitute in a second shallow dish and crushed corn flakes in a third shallow dish.
  5. Dip each chicken ball in flour first, followed by the egg then the corn flakes. Then, place each ball on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
