Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Combine the chicken, buffalo sauce and cheese and form into 1 inch balls.
  2. Put the flour, eggs and panko crumbs into 3 separate shallow bowls.
  3. Roll each chicken ball into the flour, then the egg and finally into the panko. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Flash freeze.
  5. Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
