Buffalo Chicken Wraps - Lunch Version

<p>This recipe was inspired by Laura who is a member of our House Church group and actually remembered to bring lunch on our Cincinnati Zoo trip and had enough to share with our family. They were delicious and a perfect idea for the Summer 2010 menu.</p>

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Ranch Dressing
  • 6 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 5 cups cook and shred Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 2 cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 cups dice Celery
  • 16 individual Flour Tortillas, Whole Wheat (8-inch/Med)

  1. In a bowl, mix together ranch dressing and cayenne pepper sauce.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together chicken, blue cheese crumbles and celery.
  3. Add ranch mixture to the chicken mixture and stir.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of the mixture to each tortilla and fold tortilla like a burrito.
