  • 3/4 cups dice Carrot
  • 1 cup dice Celery
  • 1 1/4 cups dice Onion
  • 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Chicken Broth/Stock, Low Sodium

  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix remaining ingredients for the sauce.
