Sorry if this is a bit of a random place for this question.I’m planning to do the April Diet menu but I’m not big on buffalo sauce so I’m substituting out Asian seasonings from another recipe I found.I saw one recipe that calls for cabbage and some people mentioned freezing it. I do like cabbage and would like to have as many vegies as I can. Do you think cabbage will freeze ok if it is sauteed first with the turkey/chicken?
I’ve frozen cabbage in the form of cabbage rolls and it freezes OK. If you are thinking of using sauteed shredded cabbage, I think it will be OK, although the texture of it will change somewhat after freezing.
