Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Mix apple and carrot shreds together. Squeeze extra water out of shreds with a paper towel.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Form indicated number of patties out of apple/carrot mixture.
  4. Cook patties in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger.
  6. Flash freeze.
  7. Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
