Why would I want to freeze this?
- Combine all ingredients besides egg in a food processor. Pulse until pieces are small, but chunky.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in eggs.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use hands to form patties out of mixture and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
- Flash freeze.
