Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Combine all ingredients besides egg in a food processor. Pulse until pieces are small, but chunky.
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in eggs.
  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Use hands to form patties out of mixture and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Flash freeze.
  7. Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
