Cheesy Ham Biscuit Muffins

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 ounces Deli Ham, Sliced
  • ¾ cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ cups dice Bell Pepper, Red
  • 7 ½ ounces Refrigerated Biscuit

  • Muffin Tins

Directions

Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. Chop ham and mix in mixing bowl with cheese and peppers. Cut each biscuit into 4-6 pieces. Add into bowl with ham and cheese, mix with hands. Spoon mixture into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Freezing Directions

Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Chop ham and mix in mixing bowl with cheese and peppers. Cut each biscuit into 4-6 pieces. Add into bowl with ham and cheese, mix with hands. Spoon mixture into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Flash freeze. Once frozen, place in gallon freezer bag, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds or until heated through.
