Cheesy Ham Biscuit Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Deli Ham, Sliced
  • ¾ cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ cups dice Bell Pepper, Red
  • 7 ½ ounces Refrigerated Biscuit

Directions

  1. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
  2. Chop ham and mix in mixing bowl with cheese and peppers.
  3. Cut each biscuit into 4-6 pieces.
  4. Add into bowl with ham and cheese, mix with hands.
  5. Spoon mixture into muffin cups.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Chop ham and mix in mixing bowl with cheese and peppers.
  3. Cut each biscuit into 4-6 pieces.
  4. Add into bowl with ham and cheese, mix with hands.
  5. Spoon mixture into muffin cups.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Flash freeze.
  8. Once frozen, place in gallon freezer bag, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

  1. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds or until heated through.
