Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • ⅔ cups dice Onion, Yellow
  • 2 tablespoons Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth/Stock
  • 1 ½ cups chunk Pasteurized Processed Cheese
  • 6 ounces drain Chunk Light Tuna in Water
  • 4 ½ cups cook Elbows

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Saute onions until they are translucent.
  3. Add flour and paprika, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in broth and simmer for 2 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
  5. Add cheese spread and stir until melted.
  6. Stir in tuna and cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
