Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Melt half of the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Layer one tortilla, cheddar cheese, turkey and 1 Tbsps ranch dressing.
  3. Top with a second tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Repeat until all tortillas have been used.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Divide among the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
