Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

<p>Because this "once a month mom" freezes more than just main dishes, this favorite cookie dough can often be found in my freezer as well.</p>

  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1/2 cups Lard/Shortening, Butter Flavored
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 individual Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/4 cups Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3 1/3 ounces Vanilla Pudding Mix, Instant
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips, Semisweet

  2. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and pudding mix.
  3. Mix well, then stir in chocolate chips.
