- Place chicken breast in food processor and pulse a few times until finely chopped. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mash avocado, lemon juice, lime juice, and yogurt and stir until creamy.
- Stir in chopped chicken, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon into lettuce wraps, top with tomatoes, and serve.
