  1. A friend of mine and I are going to tackle this in a week. I already have most of the ingredients in my pantry, so that’s nice. Thanks for all the work you have done!

  2. This is the first time I have been on your site and I am a little confused; why don’t you include the freezer directions in each of your recipes? Looking at the comments from other people it seems they feel the same way. What part of this particular dish do you freeze? It would be helpful if you are a “Once a Month” website that you actually included the directions on how to freeze and then how to prepare. Your recipes look good and I will be back.

  3. Ok, I’m trying to get this, but on the Feb menu there are Chicken (or Turkey) Enchiladas, but no recipe that I can find for the Quesadillas. Am I looking in the wrong place?

    1. Make sure you look at the recipe cards for that month – if you still can’t find the recipe there, please email me using the contact form at the top of the page. I would LOVE to help you out with this.
