Chicken Broccoli Roll Ups

My broccoli-hesitant kids think these veggie-filled roll ups are okay. Sometimes, I think it's all in the presentation.

Chicken Broccoli Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cook and dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • ½ cups dice and cook Broccoli
  • ½ cups grate Carrot
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • ½ teaspoons Dill Weed
  • 8 ounces Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, veggies, mayo, garlic, and dill.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture among the pieces of dough and roll.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.

Freezing Directions

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, veggies, mayo, garlic, and dill.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls.
  3. Divide the chicken mixture among the pieces of dough and roll.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Divide among freezer bags. Label and freeze.

  1. Reheat in microwave until heated through.
