Chicken Broccoli Rollups

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cup cook and dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • ½ cups dice Broccoli
  • ½ cups grate Carrot
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • ½ teaspoons Dill Weed
  • 8 ounces Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

Freezer Containers

  • 1 Gallon Freezer Bag

  • Baking Sheets

Directions

In a bowl, mix chicken, veggies, mayo, garlic, and dill. Unroll crescent rolls. Place a large spoonful of chicken mixture on top of each piece of dough and roll. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375F for 12-15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.

Freezing Directions

In a bowl, mix chicken, veggies, mayo, garlic, and dill. Unroll crescent rolls. Place a large spoonful of chicken mixture on top of each piece of dough and roll. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375F for 12-15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Let cool completely. Divide among freezer bags, seal, label, and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Reheat in microwave until heated through.
