- 4 1/2 cups dice Broccoli
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 1 tablespoon dice Shallot
- 4 tablespoons Flour, All-Purpose
- 1 cup Chicken Broth/Stock, Reduced Fat
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 2 fluid ounces White Wine
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss Cheese, Light, Shredded
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 3 cups cook and slice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs, Italian

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil.
- Add broccoli and blanch for 3 minutes.
- Remove from water and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Drain well and set aside.
- Heat skillet over medium heat, add butter and oil and heat until hot.
- Add garlic and shallots. Sprinkle in the flour.
- Stir in broth, milk and wine and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in half of the swiss cheese. Add salt and pepper.
- Place broccoli in the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan, pour half of sauce over broccoli.
- Arrange chicken on top and cover with remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

- Arrange chicken on top and cover with remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and top with breadcrumbs.
- Cover tightly with foil, label and freeze.
